Flushing Applications
Description
Versatile, can used for soaking & flushing
2. Dynaflush
most aggressive – for demanding flushing applications
3. UR-Away FL
good alternative; can be used with Viton O-rings
4. PolyFlush
good alternative; effective for all polymer flushing
For use in low-residue requirement applications; 100 is the least aggressive; 300 is the most aggressive.
Soaking Applications
Description
Versatile, can use for soaking & flushing
Slightly more aggressive than CU-6
3. UR-Away
Alternative to Dynasolve 750
Stronger than CU-5 when heated; aluminum safe
Stronger than CU-5 when heated
Good for polyurethane buildup; aluminum safe (replaces UR-Away-NF)
Good for crystallized isocyanate buildup
Will break-up polyurethane
Will dissolve inks and foams
10. PUR-Strip 300
Strongest PUR-Strip solvent when heated
Mould Cleaning Applications
Description
Use with polyurethane resin moulded with silicone release
Will leave seasoned silicone release on the mould
4. UR-Away
Stronger when used with heat
Other Applications
Description
For removal of polyurethane from vertical surfaces
For flushing out unreacted isocyanates
