Company History
In 1965, Dynaloy approached the emerging solid-state electronics industry in a unique way. Rather than having a product looking for a market, Dynaloy found a market that was looking for products to solve problems. The problems included the need to remove conformal coatings, encapsulating and potting compounds from electronic devices for failure analysis. Dynaloy developed chemicals for the removal of these polymers, including epoxies, silicones and urethanes.
Through the years Dynaloy expanded its product line to include other polymer strippers as well as ink and coatings removers. In the early 1990’s Dynaloy introduced the product line designed for the Polyurethane Industry. In 1997, Dynaloy was sold and moved from New Jersey to Indianapolis, IN. Under new ownership, the company was managed with growth and expansion in mind. Under the new management, the polyurethane line has been expanded and improved to provide cleaners to fit the increasing needs of the industry. Today, Dynaloy offers the Polyurethane industry soaking solvents, flushing solvents, mould cleaners and other specialty products.
Dynaloy has made a commitment to increase service and product availability to the polyurethane market. In 2001, Dynaloy began forming a partnership with Culver International Ltd who's task was and is to target suitable European distributors across the range of Dynaloy products in an effort to serve the extensive polyurethane market and other Dynaloy, Inc., product markets in Europe. One of Dynaloy’s goals is to become the premiere provider of specialty cleaning products needed in the European Polyurethane Industry sector.
Dynaloy has also entered other markets and developed products to provide solutions to industry specific problems. These markets include semiconductors, printing, packaging and precision metals. Dynaloy continues to focus on engineering chemistries that solve problems for various markets and industries.
